Out of Hours
If you find yourself in an emergency situation outside office opening hours you can call our emergency contactor City Building on 0800 595 595.
If you have a power cut or an emergency you can call 105 for free using your mobile or landline.
If you suspect you have a gas leak contact Scottish Gas Networks on 0800 111 999.
To report loss of water contact Scottish Water on 0800 0778 778 or via their online portal.
What is an Emergency Repair?
If an emeregncy situation arises outwith office opening hours or on the weekend or public holidays you should contact our out of hours contractor City Building , telephone 0800 595 595.
The emergency repair service should only be called out in the event of an emeregency. An emergency repair is a repair which if not carried out could threaten the health or safety of the tenant, or could cause serious damage to the building e.g. Fires, unsecure doors and windows and uncontainable water leaks.
It is vitally important that access is available for emergency repairs to be carried out. If access is unavailable on such occasions the assocation has the right to force entry to avoid endangering residents and properties.
