Planned Maintenance 2024 -2025
Each year our Management Committee approve a programme of works that includes cyclical maintenance, planned works and component replacements ( such as boilers and kitchens) .For the year 2024-2025 the following works are included. We weill keep tenants informed of the expected dates of the work and keep disturbance to a minimum.
