Mutual Exchange Scheme
At Ruchazie HA we are aware that there is a number of our tenants who are living in non-suitable accomodation that does not meet the tenants needs, some of these tenants may already be on our waiting list. At Ruchazie we are a small housing association with only 226 properties and our waiting lists are extremely long with some waiting years for a home.
We have put a scheme in place to help identify tenants who are looking for a move. By doing this we hope to help our tenants and others find an easier way to see potential moves within the Ruchazie Housing Stock alleviating urgent needs for our tenants.
