The Association uses Individual Contractors for our reactive, planned and cyclical maintenance throughout the year.
All companies listed on our register must complete a contractor’s application pack and provide relevant documentation prior to selection and validation by our Management Committee. To maintain eligible for inclusion on the register contractors must ensure they submit their insurance and Health and Safety details annually or when expiry dates are reached.
Our Property Services Officer monitors work completed by the Contractors, carrying out post inspections and sending repair satisfaction surveys to our tenants.
